SATURDAY, JUNE 21, 2008: Swedish group, “Broderna Truck Orchestra” concert, 7:00 PM.  Ice cream to follow.    

SUNDAY, JUNE 22, 2008:  “Cemetery Walk” held from 10:30 to 1:00.  Participants register in Fellowship Hall (no charge).  Displays in Fellowship Hall of church artifacts and memorabilia, with Swedish treats served beginning at 10:30.  The tour will take approximately 45 minutes to complete, with new groups beginning every half hour.  Nine persons will be depicted during the walk.  

SATURDAY, JULY 19, 2008: “Rails to Trails” 5K run/walk, and kids’ half-mile run.   
Fund raiser for “Robin’s Nest Children’s Home”.  

SUNDAY, JULY 27, 2008:  Pastor Charles Humphrey- guest speaker at morning services, 8:30 and 10:00 AM.  “Lumber River Quartet” concert, 7:00 PM

SUNDAY, AUGUST 17, 2008:  Pastor David Baker – guest speaker at morning services, 8:30 and 10:00 AM.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2008:  Pastor Marvin Palmquist – guest speaker at morning services, 8:15 and 10:30 AM.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2008: “Homecoming” banquet at W-M High School followed by “Land of Lakes Choirboys” concert in the fine arts theater.  

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2008:  Horse-drawn wagon rides through the area of the original Gotaholm settlement site near Swede Lake.  

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2008:  “Anniversary Sunday”.  Bishop Craig Johnson will speak (1 service only this Sunday), followed by luncheon and Christmas concert.  A video will be shown of the year’s 150th anniversary events.
