Hospitality at Trinity
Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by doing
that, some have entertained angels without knowing it.
At Trinity, hospitality means creating and nurturing a warm and welcoming climate in our congregation. Many times, this is best felt over food and fellowship. Through Sunday morning coffee hours, congregational meals and special events, we enjoy creating the opportunity for connection and togetherness.
Sunday Coffee Service - Join us for conversation and refreshments in the Fellowship Hall between services each Sunday morning.
Advent/Lenten Suppers - Each Wednesday during Advent and Lent, a light supper is served an hour and a half prior to the evening service. These meals are hosted by the Hospitality team and prepared and served by confirmation students.
Golden Ager Dinners - Trinity members, ages 70+, are invited to three annual luncheons each year to relax and enjoy fellowship together over a delicious meal.
St. Lucia Tea & Open House: Each December, Trinity celebrates the Swedish festival of Saint Lucia with a community open house. Scandinavian refreshments are served and a time of fellowship is enjoyed in the traditional Scandinavian atmosphere.
Receptions & Luncheons: Special occasions such as welcomes, potlucks, farewells and other events are graciously facilitated by our wonderful Hospitality team.
