PASTORAL TRANSITION
Trinity's Pastoral Transition
Welcome to our New Pastor, Adam Teske
The Church Council is excited to announce that Pastor Adam Teske has accepted the congregation’s call to be our next solo pastor. The great work of the Transition Team creating our Trinity Ministry Site Profile and the Call Committee’s diligent work in screening and interviewing candidates made this a successful process and outcome. The connections he was able to make with the Call Committee and the responses that he gave to their thoughtful questions solidified in their view that he is the right person to help lead Trinity through the next stage of our journey.
Based on the recommendation of the Call Committee, the Church Council presented Pastor Adam to the congregation at a special congregational meeting on July 12. There the congregation voted to extend the call to Pastor Adam and he has graciously accepted and is looking forward to joining the great work of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Pastor Adam will begin his service to Trinity on Wednesday, September 2, and his official Installation Sunday with the congregation and Synod Bishop will be Sunday, September 20.

June 2026 Update:
The Call Committee is currently in a season of discernment and have begun the process of gathering and reviewing nominations for pastoral candidates. We are thankful to everyone who has submitted nominations and appreciate the thoughtful participation and support from the congregation. We are also grateful for the guidance and partnership of the Synod as we move through this important process together.
Please continue to keep the Call Committee, our congregation, and future candidates in your prayers as we seek God’s wisdom and direction in the weeks ahead.
May 2026 Update:
The Call Committee met with Pastor Jen Collins recently to review the process for calling a new pastor. The Minneapolis Area Synod is currently working to match our Ministry Site Profile (MSP) with potential pastoral candidates. We have concluded the nomination process and are moving into the next phase of discernment.
We ask for your continued prayers, patience, and support as we move forward together in this season of transition.
