Youth at Trinity
Grades 6 - 12
Youth Ministry at Trinity helps youth in Middle School and High School grow in Christ, participate in the life and mission of the church, and live out their faith in everyday life.
We welcome both members and non-members to attend our Youth Ministry events. From fellowship events like ski and amusement park trips to service projects at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota or Feed My Starving Children, we offer opportunities for kids to have fun and build relationships while learning from God's Word. 2024 Youth Mission Trip
Trinity Lutheran Church is partnering with Serve Boldly, a ministry of Green Lake Lutheran Ministries, for a mission trip that will provide youth the opportunity to serve their neighbor while deepening an understanding of God’s presence in their lives. The trip is open to youth who have completed grades 6-12 as of June 2024.

Trip Details
Serve Boldly began in 2012 in an effort to provide youth with a meaningful opportunity to serve, grounded in a Lutheran understanding of loving your neighbor. Serve Boldly mission trips build friendships between youth, partnerships with congregations, connections with community organizations, and deep bonds with those they serve.
Final details about exactly what our group will be doing in Duluth are still in the works, but possible service projects will include some combination of: helping at a food shelf, serving meals, yard work, painting, and community clean up projects.
Total trip cost / student = $380.00 + incidentals

$100 down payment due upon registration.

$280 balance due by March 1, 2024.

+1 dinner + 1 lunch + incidentals (this money will be sent with child on the trip.)
Included in the cost of the trip:

schedule of service sites and evening/afternoon program activities

Trip participants are responsible for providing twin-sized/camp mattresses and bedding for themselves. The group is responsible for planning one evening/afternoon of activities (Serve Boldly will provide a range of options) and all transportation costs of the trip. (Trinity will cover the transportation costs of the trip.)

Once your $100 down payment is received, a formal registration process through Serve Boldly will take place in the coming months.
